Ruth Hayworth ("Hayworth") filed a wrongful death action against Fruehauf Corporation ("Fruehauf")1 after her husband was killed in a work-related accident involving a dump truck manufactured by Fruehauf. Pursuant to Ind.Appellate Rule 4(B)(6), she brings this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's order enjoining the testimony of her expert witness.
