This case comes to us on certiorari from the Minnesota Tax Court on the consolidated petitions of relators, Northern Inns Limited and Northern Inns II Limited. Relators, which are both limited partnerships, respectively operate the Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn in Bemidji, Minnesota.
