The Bar Association filed a complaint against David M. Dunlap (Respondent) alleging that he had engaged in unprofessional conduct. Respondent and the Oklahoma Bar Association stipulated to findings of fact and conclusions of law. The parties joined in recommending that a six month suspension from the practice of law be imposed as discipline, and that Respondent be required to pay costs of the proceedings...
