Craig Scott and Michael Riley are inmates at the Mt. Pleasant Correctional Facility. On September 27, 1991, security officers caught the two inmates on the roof of the facility. Following a hearing, the prison disciplinary committee found Riley and Scott guilty of numerous violations of prison rules, including escape and attempt or complicity.
