LAMBERT, Justice.

Appellant, Curtis G. Swain, was indicted in the Fayette Circuit Court for five counts of First Degree Robbery. He was convicted of all counts and sentenced to sixty years imprisonment. This appeal is as a matter of right.

Appellant was charged with committing a string of robberies in Lexington. The robber was dubbed the "bandanna bandit" because he wore a bandanna around his head during each of the robberies. Each crime involved a convenience...
