The appellant, Bill D. Hendrickson, was found guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and was fined $50,000 and sentenced to life imprisonment. He was also found guilty of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of LSD, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a felon in possession of a firearm, for which he was fined a total of $105,000 and sentenced, respectively, to twenty, ten, ten, and six years in prison...
