Plaintiff-Appellant, Erma Tafoya, acting as next friend of her minor son, Gilbert Armijo, appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the Defendant-Appellee, Western Farm Bureau Insurance Co. ("Western"). This case arose out of an automobile accident in which Armijo was the passenger.
