Willeta W. appeals from a judgment permanently severing her parental rights as to Daniel and ordering Daniel be placed for adoption. We conclude the juvenile court erred in holding it had no discretion to order continued reunification services beyond the 18-month review under Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.22, subdivision (a) and that such error was prejudicial.
