Plaintiff appeals the dismissal of his maritime personal injury action for lack of personal jurisdiction. We affirm.

The material jurisdictional facts are undisputed. Defendant Seacatcher Fisheries, Inc., is a Washington corporation that owns the fishing vessel F/T HEATHER SEA.
