This appeal arises from an order of the Jefferson Circuit Court which required the police to terminate their interrogation of Appellant, Keith M. West, until he was allowed to consult with an attorney pursuant to RCr 2.14. The order was appealed by-the Commonwealth to the Court of Appeals, which held the order void.
