This civil action arises out of an accident which occurred on the Maine Turnpike on June 8, 1992. Now before the Court is Defendants Layton Transportation and Mazyck's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Regarding Conscious Pain and Suffering and Emotional Distress (Docket No. 27).
