This is a disciplinary proceeding. Appellee, The State Bar of Texas (State Bar), filed suit against appellant, William J. Kershner, an attorney, for alleged professional misconduct in charging a clearly excessive fee and in failing to render an appropriate account to his client concerning the client's property in the attorney's possession.
