GOLDEN, Justice.

Dick Sandy appeals a jury conviction for first-degree sexual assault. Appellant, through appellate counsel, presents issues concerning uncharged misconduct and jury instructions. Appellant's pro se brief asserts he was denied effective assistance of trial counsel, the right to testify, the right to have witnesses testify in his defense, and the right to defend in person and by counsel.
