MEMORANDUM OPINION

KISER, Chief Judge.

This case is before me on the defendants' motions for summary judgment. The parties have briefed the issues contained in those motions and the Court has heard oral argument. The motions are, therefore, ripe for disposition. For the reasons stated below, I will grant the defendants' motions on the ground that Paul French's testimony is inadmissible hearsay.
