We reverse a final summary judgment entered in favor of Bill Arflin Bonding Agency, Inc. (Arflin) and Barry and Eunice Zisser, owners of the building in which Arflin operates a Western Union office. As she left this building, the Lindseys' complaint alleges, Mrs. Lindsey slipped, fell and fractured her ankle.
