This is a summary judgment case concerning lease agreements which provided for the installation and operation of pay telephones at Skinny's Convenience Stores. Both parties filed motions for summary judgment. The trial court declared that the agreements were void and unenforceable and granted a summary judgment in favor of Skinny's, Inc.
