Kenneth G. Montgomery was convicted by a jury on two counts of possession with the intent to distribute cocaine base (or crack cocaine) in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court sentenced Montgomery to a concurrent term of 240 months in prison on each of the two counts of conviction.
