Defendants have renewed their motion for summary judgment on the claims of Plaintiff, Craig Allen Dean, under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for false imprisonment and malicious prosecution.1 Unquestionably, Plaintiff was unfairly imprisoned and prosecuted.
