Petitioner appeals the circuit court's dismissal, for lack of jurisdiction, of his petition for limited hardship driving privileges. We affirm.

Petitioner had been convicted of driving while intoxicated (DWI) on April 23, 1981, in St. Francois County. He was again convicted of driving while intoxicated on May 11, 1990, in Thayer.
