The district court certified the plaintiffs in this prisoner civil rights action as a class representing all current and future inmates confined in the Lima Correctional Institution (LCI). A magistrate judge, acting as a special master, conducted several days of hearings and issued a report favorable to plaintiffs, finding that defendants had been deliberately indifferent to plaintiffs' serious medical needs.
