PER CURIAM:

Appellant J. Christopher Stuhmer, Inc. (Stuhmer Inc.) entered into a written contract with Centaur Galleries, Ltd., Inc. (Centaur) for the construction of a retail art gallery in the Horton Plaza in San Diego, California. The parties agreed that Pacific Coast Builders (PCB) would do the construction work, while Stuhmer Inc. would supervise the project. When Centaur failed to pay in full, Stuhmer Inc. filed suit seeking $51,687...
