MONTOZZI v. STATE

No. 91-2929.

633 So.2d 563 (1994)

Natale Lorenzo MONTOZZI, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

March 16, 1994.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, Allen J. DeWeese, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Joan Fowler, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

FARMER, Judge.

Defendant was tried before a jury and convicted of violating the RICO statute.1 While he raises a number of points for our consideration, we address but one. He argues that the trial court committed reversible error when it refused to excuse a juror for cause. We disagree with the state and conclude that he has properly preserved this issue for our review. See Trotter v. State, 576 So.2d 691
