LABORDE, Judge.

Defendant nursing home appeals the hearing officer's decision that it was responsible for plaintiff's 21 day stay, when it only authorized two days of hospitalization, and the award of penalties and attorney's fees. After a review of the record, we affirm, finding no error committed by the hearing officer.
