This is a diversity case brought by North Dakota citizens and residents against a Minnesota cooperative association. Plaintiff Mark Christinson, a commercial painter, claimed personal injuries caused by the inhalation of anhydrous ammonia released from a nurse tank at defendant's facility in Clinton, Minnesota, on June 22, 1987.
