In this divorce action, the defendant, John Skannal, appeals a judgment awarding the plaintiff, Nena Skannal, $1,000 per month in permanent alimony. Defendant argues the plaintiff was at fault in the termination of the marriage so as to be precluded from receiving alimony. In her answer to his appeal, the plaintiff seeks an increase in the permanent alimony award. She also asserts the trial court erred in failing to order her husband to continue paying...
