Appellee Kimetha Chiesa Brown, individually and as next friend, filed a negligence suit against Jennie Davies for injuries suffered by her minor son, Justin Vaught, in an automobile-bicycle accident. Brown employed Jerry Galow of Whitehurst, Harkness & Watson (Whitehurst) to bring these claims.
