BALDOCK, Circuit Judge.

Defendant William Charles Jenkins appeals the district court's denial of sentence credit for time spent in in-home detention, 18 U.S.C. § 3585(b). We have jurisdiction pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3742(a).

Following his arrest on drug charges, Defendant was initially confined in the Federal Correctional Institute ("FCI"), Englewood, Colorado, pending trial. On August 20, 1993, the district court released Defendant from custody...
