This case involves litigation between two brothers, C.C. Donoho and Tommy Donoho, over an accounting involving various family businesses. The facts necessary to reach the legal issue in this appeal are few and undisputed. On September 28, 1990, the Sebastian County Chancery Court entered a judgment in C.C.'s favor against Tommy in the amount of $150,505.30, plus interest.
