ENTRY ORDER

The sole issue before us in this interlocutory appeal is whether defendant A.J. Industries has sufficient contacts with Vermont to support personal jurisdiction here under the Due Process Clause of the United States Constitution. We affirm the superior court's decision upholding Vermont's jurisdiction.
