PER CURIAM.

Appellee was charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated. Following a full trial on the merits, a jury returned a verdict of guilty. The trial court thereafter invited appellee to file a motion for judgment non obstante veredicto. Appellee complied, filing a motion seeking judgment non obstante veredicto on the ground that the verdict was not supported by the evidence.
