Michael Aponte appeals from a conviction and sentence entered by Judge DiCarlo,1 following a jury trial. The jury convicted Aponte of conspiracy to rob a United States Postal Service truck, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, and aiding and abetting the armed robbery of a Postal Service truck, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 2114.
