The district court dismissed the petitions of Kenneth L. Thomas and Elaine R. Thomas on the grounds that their causes of action against Countryside of Hastings, Inc., a mobile home dealership, are barred by the statute of limitations. The Thomases brought suit against Countryside alleging negligent installation of a furnace in their mobile home.
