Appellant Citizens Association for Sound Energy (CASE) brings this appeal from a summary declaratory judgment in favor of appellees David Boltz, Barbara Boltz, and Joe Cook. In its judgment, the trial court overruled CASE's motion for partial summary judgment and, in granting appellees' motion, decreed that appellees were entitled to inspect and copy some of CASE's records by virtue of Articles 1396-2.23 and 1396-2.23A of the Non-Profit Corporation...
