DORSEY, Justice.

Dalton Ray Clements appeals a take-nothing judgment on his claim of adverse possession of approximately 80 acres in La Ward. Clements claims that the trial court erred in failing to grant his motion for judgment non obstante veredicto because he established all of the elements of adverse possession as a matter of law, or alternatively that the jury's verdict is against the great weight and preponderance of the evidence.
