BRIMMER, District Judge.

Creditor William J. Wade appeals the district court's decision affirming the bankruptcy court's confirmation of a reorganization plan proposed by debtors Nathan and Beverly Bradford. Because a chapter 11 debtor may bifurcate an undersecured creditor's claim and strip the creditor's lien down to the value of the collateral, and because the debtors' plan met the Code's "cram down" requirements, we affirm.1
