Respondents, Denver Truck Center, Inc., (DTC) and Steven J. Dreiling, appeal the order of the Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer Board (the Board) which suspended both DTC's used motor vehicle dealer license and Dreiling's no-fee salesperson license. We affirm.
