Facts

Roman Fernandez, Sr., ("Roman") was admitted to Washoe Medical Center on November 19, 1985, for digestive problems. An Infusaid pump, which is a device used to provide a continuous dosage of liquids and medication, was surgically inserted into his chest. Roman was released on December 2, 1985.
