Plaintiff, Kinder Mortgage and Loan, Inc. (Kinder), appeals a judgment of the trial court denying its petition for judgment on two promissory notes and granting defendants-plaintiffs-in-reconvention's prayer for set off in the amount sued for by Kinder. We affirm.
