Hawkins Construction Company brought an action against the International Association of Bridge, Structural and Ornamental Iron Workers, Local # 21 of Omaha, Nebraska (union), for indemnification for the amount of workers' compensation benefits Hawkins paid to an employee supplied by the union. Hawkins appeals the decision of the Douglas County District Court which sustained the demurrer filed by the union and dismissed Hawkins' amended petition. We...
