Appellant, Jerry Freeman, was tried by jury for the crime of Murder in the first degree while in the commission of Robbery with a dangerous weapon, in violation of 21 O.S. 1991, § 701.7(B), in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CF-91-3560.
