PAYNE, District Judge.

Cosmo D. Walker and Cynthia J. Walker (the "Walkers") are debtors in a Chapter 11 proceeding (the "Case"). Crestar Bank ("Crestar"), a Virginia Banking Association and one of ten unsecured creditors in the Case, appeals from a final order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming the Amended Plan of Reorganization (the "Amended Plan"). For the reasons set forth below, the decision of the Bankruptcy Court is reversed...
