Troy Pitre Guidry was charged by bill of information with attempted first-degree murder, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:27 and 14:30(A)(2), with possession of more than 28 grams but less than 200 grams of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(F)(1)(a), and with intimidation of a witness, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:129.1(b).
