LAFFITTE, District Judge.

Before the Court is defendant Jobert Brown's ("Brown") motion to suppress evidence seized by San Juan Municipal Guardsmen and the government's opposition thereto. An evidentiary hearing concerning the various grounds raised in Brown's suppression motion was held on February 24 and 28, 1994.
