In this criminal appeal, we conclude that the evidence was sufficient to support the defendant's convictions for conspiracy to commit robbery and attempted robbery. Furthermore, because of a recent legislative change, we are not barred from considering the defendant's challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence. Although the defendant did not move to strike the prosecution's evidence at the conclusion of his own evidence, he did make such a motion...
