Two principal questions are presented in this case. One is whether the statement of facts was timely filed; we agree with the court of appeals that it was. The other is whether lost profits were proved with sufficient certainty to allow recovery; we conclude, as the trial court did and contrary to the court of appeals, that they were not. We reverse the judgment of the court of appeals...
