PER CURIAM:

INTRODUCTION

Appellant Billy Ray Riley (Riley) was convicted after a jury trial of one count of first degree murder and one count of robbery, both with use of a deadly weapon. The jury found five aggravating circumstances at the penalty phase, with no mitigating circumstances sufficient to outweigh them, and sentenced Riley to death for the murder.
