This is an appeal from a final judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict for personal injuries allegedly sustained by Jose Manuel Tizon ("Tizon") during the course of his employment on a ship owned and operated by Royal Caribbean Cruise, Line, A/S Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd.
