FAHRNBRUCH, Justice.

Lloyd Trackwell, Jr., was convicted of first degree sexual assault by a jury in the district court for Seward County. He was sentenced to not less than 10 nor more than 50 years' imprisonment.

Claiming prosecutorial misconduct, errors in evidentiary rulings, failure to give a requested jury instruction, and that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction, Trackwell timely appealed his conviction and sentence to this court....
