Pending is Defendant's motion to suppress, which was heard on October 18, 1994. The Defendant was arrested at a house in the Beacon Lodge area of Zapata, Texas. Zapata Deputy Sheriffs Venegas and Gray entered the premises without a warrant. There they incurred Defendant Garcilazo and Jose Joel Guzman playing pool.
