Plaintiffs initiated this action for declaratory and injunctive relief, asking that they be declared to have acquired a prescriptive easement over a road crossing a ranch owned by defendants Terry and Dessa Hager, and that defendants be prevented from interfering with plaintiffs' use of that road.
